Turns out I can't get through an MLK Jr. day without crying a little bit. Today it was because I got to that part in the book at school where I had to explain lunch counter protests to my students. Those pictures get me every time.
And then Henry goes and does this:

Ok....now I have some tears! I asked Sam yesterday if he knew who MLK was. He had a lot of it right but then he said....'and I think he's the man who freed the slaves, right?' So I guess we still have a way to go....
