Frederick and I had some emotional blood-letting yesterday. Today is better. We slept pretty well last night. This morning we had Grandma and Bampa over for brunch and have just wrapped up a good amount of time outside with some sun therapy. Fritz spent some of his time under the blanket, so as not to burn that tender skin. We may attempt a short walk later.
