Henry put on his fire hat and put one on me and then said "Look Franklin! We're firemen!"
I really wanted to post this photo because you can see his cute big boy underpants. Today Henry and I went to Starbucks and Target- even into the dressing room for a moment- and all the way back home keeping the big boy underpants dry!!!! We did use the restroom at Starbucks, and I said "do you have to go potty?" about every three minutes, but we made it!
Anticipating the victory, I bought Henry a basketball hoop. He's been noticing them everywhere and talking lots about basketball hoops, so I thought he should have one. In this picture he was actually saying "where is the big hawkeye sticker?" True fact.

What a sweet, sweet smile on that "big boy". He makes a very handsome firegighter!
Way to go Henry!!!
Underpants are a major step. Tell your mom and dad to stock up on them-- you can't have too many spares. If they need any advice on "incentive programs" they can talk to us. Fifi has graduated from the sticker chart program. She was an independent underpants wearer for a few weeks but a change in her life at daycare prompted the introduction of the Duplo program. After dinner on dry days Fifi gets to pick 3 new pieces for her duplo lego collection. Who wouldn't be motivated by that?
We are very proud of you: keep up the good work and the dry pants!
